Quax Lax Commercial Campaign

When I was first introduced to Joe and I learned about him and his wife’s brand, I was instantly ready for the opportunity to make them a 30 second TV advertisement. During our first call, I learned that they had hoped to get national TV spots on ESPN and upgrade their current website design. The project seemed like a big artistic challenge that I was immediately ready to tackle.
It was a back and forth process discussing locations, casting, and budget until we finally agreed on all the necessary elements to get a reasonable TV spot that met ESPN’s artistic and technical standards for the lowest budget we could.
I assembled a wonderful team of professionals who I’ve all worked with before. All of whom were willing to be charitable for me, including my producer (Callaway Stivers) and my Director of Photography (Matthew Canada) who exceeded in providing value and effort, all out of the goodness of their hearts and belief in a start up opportunity.
For what it was worth, the results are completely exceptional, and I am beyond thankful for my entire crew. I really hope this project opens up doors for all of us to work together again.
